SMS Messaging Terms of Service
Program Name: Claim Proceeds LLC Effective Date: 07/28/2026
By opting in to receive text messages from Claim Proceeds LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the following terms.
1. Program Description- This messaging program sends SMS notifications, account alerts, document requirements and occasional marketing communications to customers who have provided express written consent to receive text messages from us. Message frequency varies from 0-2 text messages a day. Message types may include: account updates, appointment reminders, document requests, etc.
2. Consent- By opting in (e.g., via web form, keyword text-in, or other enrollment method), you consent to receive automated text messages from Claim Proceeds LLC at the mobile number provided. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in.
3. How to Cancel (Opt-Out)- You can cancel SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the short code/number you received messages from. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through the original opt-in method, and we will resume sending you messages.
4. Help / Support- For help with the messaging program, text HELP in reply to any message, or contact us directly at Toby@claimproceeds.com
5. Carrier Liability- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Message and Data Rates- Message and data rates may apply to messages we send you and messages you send to us. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless carrier.
7. Privacy- We do not share or sell your mobile information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. 8. Supported Carriers- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile®, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers.
9. Changes to These Terms- We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
